A half-day gathering on the farm. A forage walk through what's growing now, time with a local herbalist, botanical paper-making by hand, and an unhurried spread of food and drink made by the people around us.
Nofoloco started as a simple obsession: the North Fork of Long Island is one of the most genuinely special places in the country, and not enough people know where to look, who to meet, or how to slow down enough to actually feel it.
We work at the farms, know the makers, walk the trails, and sit at the tables. Our job is to connect the people who want to experience this place more deeply with the growers, craftspeople, and small producers who make it what it is.
Rooted is our experience series — small, curated gatherings that bring all of it together in one morning. The Field & Table is the first.
We're based on the North Fork. We're not going anywhere.
